About TeamsOfMen
Tossing and turning in bed. Worried that what had started as a calling had turned into indifference.
ORIGIN STORY
That's where I found myself almost a decade ago.
Entering my 4th season as an NCAA D3 men's basketball head coach, I had seen the headlines—both on campus and in the surrounding community—regarding young men committing atrocious acts of harm against women and against each other.
I couldn't point to any specific reason my own players had not committed any of the acts.
And that did not sit well with me.

WHAT TEAMSofMEN STANDS FOR
01
Empowering Coaches
Coaches are already teaching young men what matters—through what they say, what they challenge, what they laugh at, and what they let slide.
TeamsOfMen gives coaches the tools to become more intentional about those lessons.
02
Enlightening Players
Young men are already making decisions about emotion, relationships, conflict, masculinity, accountability, and belonging.
We create opportunities for them to examine those decisions, talk about them, and practice what comes next.
03
Reimagining Manhood
Sport has always helped teach boys what it means to be a man.
TeamsOfMen asks coaches and players to examine what we’ve inherited, keep what serves us, challenge what doesn’t, and build something healthier together.
COACHING IS ALREADY TEACHING.
Make Yours Intentional.
Your players are learning what it means to be a man every day. TeamsOfMen gives you the tools to decide what you want them learning.
