Every session is built around real examples from programs currently using the TeamsOfMen framework.
You’ll see the exact activities, prompts, and conversations coaches are using to help young men grow as teammates, partners, classmates, and citizens.

8:30 AM — Arrival & Coffee
Informal connection time with other coaches and educators.
9:00 AM — Opening Circle
Setting the tone for the day and grounding our work in the realities coaches are facing with boys right now.
Morning Sessions
Working discussions and activities focused on:
• The Man Box in everyday team environments
• Activities that actually get boys talking
• Real examples from coaches implementing TeamsOfMen
Lunch & Conversation
Guided table conversations with other coaches doing this work.
Afternoon Working Labs
Collaborative sessions focused on:
• Navigating hard conversations with players
• Designing team activities you can use immediately
• Sharing ideas and strategies across programs
Closing Circle
Participants reflect on the tools and ideas they will take back to their teams.
Optional Social Gathering
Continue conversations and build connections with other coaches committed to developing young men.
